Iran 6000 Mile Missile To Reach Great Satan

Israel’s vice prime minister recently revealed that Iran has a missile under development with a range estimated to be 6,000 miles. In fact, it is apparently the same missile type under construction at an Iranian research-and-development facility, which was damaged by a mysterious explosion in November just outside of Tehran.
“That’s the Great Satan,” Mr. Yaalon said, using the well-known pejorative term that Iranian officials have used for the US. “It was aimed at America, not at us.”
If true, Yaalon’s claim would put Iran’s missile development program into a new league. Until now, most arms analysts have estimated that the range of Iranian missiles is limited to about 1,500 miles – enough, to be sure, to reach Israel and parts of Europe. But analysts have speculated very little on research into or development of a longer-range missile.

6,000 miles downrange from Tehran brings the bulls-eye nearly exactly to Boston. If said missile were launched near Iran’s western border, nearly 400 more miles of range could be tacked on, bringing the bulls-eye to Washington DC. So as you can clearly see, the entire northeastern US corridor from Boston to New York to Washington DC will theoretically be in range should such a missile come to fruition. Couple that with a nuclear device… you get the picture.
If this report turns out to be accurate, this brings the game to an entirely new level.
Yaalon (Israeli vice prime minister) said in his speech that the West does not yet realize how much of a threat is posed by Iran, which he called “a nightmare for the free world.” In reality, he said, Israel in the Iranian regime’s eyes is only the “little Satan,” while America, as leader of the West, is “the larger Satan.”

They Are More Powerful Than Governments

You may never have heard of them. The ISDA, the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, is an organization more powerful than any nation government, and is apparently about to redefine ‘sovereign default’.
Why are they so powerful? Because they represent (their members consist of) the largest banks in the world and they literally define (determine) what a credit event is. More specifically, the ISDA governs whether and when a credit event is determined to be a ‘default’.
Today we are standing on the threshold of a credit event that will determine how the Greek debt will be handled. The ISDA will determine whether this is a sovereign default or not. If it determines that Greece has defaulted, then the 5 largest banks in the United States will fail.
Why will these banks fail if Greece is determined to be in default by the ISDA? Because they (the banks) have gone wild issuing 97% of the world’s Credit Default Swaps, or CDS’s.
What are credit default swaps? They are a form of insurance which is purchased by clearing houses who purchase risky debt, such as that in the Eurozone: Greece (for starters). A credit default swap is an agreement that the seller of the CDS will compensate the buyer in the event of a loan default. The buyer of the CDS makes a series of payments (the CDS “fee” or “spread”) to the seller and, in exchange, receives a payoff if the loan defaults.
So, here’s the question…
Will the ISDA determine that Greece is in default?
Answer: No.
Why not? Because the ISDA, whose board of Directors include Bank of America, J.P. Morgan Chase, Citi, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and other majors… will not shoot themselves in the foot. Instead, word has it that they will likely redefine the Greece ‘credit event’ as 30 cents on the dollar.
What is the likelihood of your mortgage lender saying the following to you, after you tell them that you don’t have the money and can’t pay them back? Lender: “It’s okay, we won’t categorize this as a loan default, just pay us back 30% of your loan, and we’ll call it good”. ??? Really?!
This is insane. What’s next for the ISDA? 10 cents on the dollar? What happens when they finally get to zero, which it should have been in the first place? How long can they keep this secret from the main stream? There isn’t much time left for this imploding system, and it is astonishing that the main stream news media is not covering this. A media blackout.
All of this will most certainly, definitely, lead to QE3 (quantitative easing) to infinity.
(QE) is an unconventional monetary policy used by central banks to stimulate the national economy when conventional monetary policy has become ineffective. A central bank buys financial assets to inject a pre-determined quantity of money into the economy.
What does all this mean to you and I?
Answer: The powers-that-be will continue to prop up their chosen too-big-to-fail entities and sovereigns in order to keep the ponzi scheme going until such time that the empty shell collapses on itself. According to Jim Sinclair, who alerted us about this ISDA action in a recent post, he believes the system is more at risk now than it was in 2008, that people don’t understand the fragility of the system, and the system as it exists today will collapse and simply cannot go on more than another 2 years. That brings us to 2014. If he’s right, we’ve got 2 years to prepare.

Have you heard much of this in the main-stream news? Do you understand the implications?
I noticed the reference to the article via Jim Sinclair’s site yesterday. His commentary and apparent reason for highlighting the older article reads, “At first it was a trickle. You read it here, but really did not make that much of it. Then it became a quiet unnoticed stream. Get ready to the torrent in the second half of 2012. The real range of gold this year will be $1700 to $2100″.
In a graphic illustration of the new world order, Arab states have launched secret moves with China, Russia and France to stop using the US currency for oil trading.
In the most profound financial change in recent Middle East history, Gulf Arabs are planning – along with China, Russia, Japan and France – to end dollar dealings for oil, moving instead to a basket of currencies including the Japanese yen and Chinese yuan, the euro, gold and a new, unified currency planned for nations in the Gulf Co-operation Council, including Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait and Qatar.
Secret meetings have already been held by finance ministers and central bank governors in Russia, China, Japan and Brazil to work on the scheme, which will mean that oil will no longer be priced in dollars.
The plans, confirmed to The Independent by both Gulf Arab and Chinese banking sources in Hong Kong, may help to explain the sudden rise in gold prices, but it also augurs an extraordinary transition from dollar markets within nine years.
The Americans, who are aware the meetings have taken place – although they have not discovered the details – are sure to fight this international cabal which will include hitherto loyal allies Japan and the Gulf Arabs. Against the background to these currency meetings, Sun Bigan, China’s former special envoy to the Middle East, has warned there is a risk of deepening divisions between China and the US over influence and oil in the Middle East. “Bilateral quarrels and clashes are unavoidable,” he told the Asia and Africa Review. “We cannot lower vigilance against hostility in the Middle East over energy interests and security.”
This sounds like a dangerous prediction of a future economic war between the US and China over Middle East oil – yet again turning the region’s conflicts into a battle for great power supremacy. China uses more oil incrementally than the US because its growth is less energy efficient. The transitional currency in the move away from dollars, according to Chinese banking sources, may well be gold. An indication of the huge amounts involved can be gained from the wealth of Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar who together hold an estimated $2.1 trillion in dollar reserves.

India to pay gold instead of dollars for Iranian oil. Oil and gold markets stunned.
India is the first buyer of Iranian oil to agree to pay for its purchases in gold instead of the US dollar, debkafile’s intelligence and Iranian sources report exclusively. Those sources expect China to follow suit. India and China take about one million barrels per day, or 40 percent of Iran’s total exports of 2.5 million bpd. Both are superpowers in terms of gold assets.

22 Government Excuses For Your ID Implant

Sometime in the NOT too distant future there will be western countries that will begin to require their citizens to have tracking implants put somewhere into their bodies. The leaps and bounds of miniaturized electronic technology is probably almost ready for full introduction on a countrywide scale. Microchips are already now routinely implanted into pets and can be scanned by handheld devices.
Even if the technology existed to implant everyone right now, citizens would initially offer colossal resistance to their government. Conjured up would be the mark of the beast and a mass religious backlash against the government. How will human implanting ever get started then? It will probably end up being approved by the majority of the people themselves. WHAT?!
Yes, many extremely controversial measures are agreed to, or gone along with, by most of the people and passed into law by their politicians. Some laws and regulations are shoveled down people’s throats during times of upheaval and often for the sake of “security”. Implanting people though can be presented in unscrupulous ways that make it appear to most everyone that their lives will be made easier, more convenient, and safer.
Those in charge of your government will present all sorts of positive upbeat reasons why micro chipping everyone will aid in everyone’s life and they will give all sorts of excuses for the national security and safety for all.
- Our country is economically broke and needs a streamlined new monetary system in which all transactions are controlled by a central government financial institution. This will be the ONLY way to conduct business since traditional money is abolished.
- Government could offer an option to its citizens that those who are implanted will get a tax break, and those that don’t will get a 300% increase on their taxes.
- All medical treatments to be tied to personal ID implant chips, providing instant access to alleviate any mistakes and speed up life saving treatments.
- You will be told that crime will disappear as law enforcement knows exactly where everyone is at all times, even the chance of terrorism is reduced to near zero.
- ONLY law abiding citizens will be able to possess firearms as the implants will automatically know if someone has a gun that shouldn’t because all firearms also have ID implants in them.
- Homeless people will finally have legitimate ID and no longer be a hazard to the public.
- Rescuers know exactly where to go to save you based on the tracking location of your implant.
- The government will say that there will be no more waiting in lines at airports or other means of transportation because of time consuming screening.
- Free and unrestricted travel to all other countries participating in ID implants, no passports needed.
- Check-out at any store, no waiting in line, automatic deduction from your account.
- They will preach that regular ID cards can be stolen, altered, and manipulated, but when you have the ID inside of you, there is no chance of fraud.
- They will promise that you will not lose any of your civil rights.
- They will sprinkle “sweet” thoughts like no one will be strangers to each other any longer, we will all be one big family.
- Total cashless purchases, and they will try to sell you the thought that food and other items will be cheaper.
- Now parents will never have to worry about missing children.
- Total elimination of calculating your income taxes, every source of income and expenses are totally kept track of for you.
- The implant procedure is safe and easy, and you won’t even know it is there it is so tiny.
- They will make sure that they tell everyone that religious freedoms will never be affected, and highly recognized leaders of each denomination will be there to reassure their fellow worshipers.
- We the government can better serve you quicker.
- There is no threat if you are a good honest person with nothing to hide criminally.
- If it doesn’t work we will abandon it right away.
- It is your DUTY as a citizen to do what is necessary to help and support your country by having a simple and harmless ID system put into your body.

40,000 New Laws For 2012

How many laws can you remember and keep straight in your head so as to assure yourself that you will not break any? How about 40,000? That’s just the number of new laws enacted in the United States for 2012 alone!
Your politicians are busy at work increasing the tangled web of laws, some of which (many of which?) arguably continue to tie the hands or snare the doings of Americans who are just trying to do the right thing.
One wonders how many laws we need in order to maintain justice and a civilized society. There was a time when most of us simply knew right from wrong. It was in our gut – we just knew. Nowadays things that may seem innocent enough may actually be breaking a new law.
If carried out to the extreme, the endless or infinite number of new laws of ‘good intentions’ from politicians and groups who wish to save us from ourselves, the net sum of which would effectively make us slaves, simply being led around by the nose and told what to do from the moment we wake up to the moment we go to sleep, following a strict set of do’s and dont’s.
How many laws are there in the United States? You will not find an answer. There is no single repository and there are simply too many to know.
The laws that we do have are tedious, overly complex and sometimes not only impossible to understand, but impossible to comply with. Our elected officials pass laws in fits of whimsy, responding to the latest scare headlines, demands from interest groups or data from polling firms. Rarely entering into the debate are common-sense-reasoning, freedom, or constitutional authority.
The ‘pocket edition’ of the federal criminal code is 1,400 pages! The Federal Registry, which records all of the regulations the federal government imposes on businesses exceeds 75,000 pages. The U.S. tax code is 72,000 pages! And that’s just for starters!
America, the land of the free? Really? We’ve simply been trained to follow a general path of life directed by the powers-that-be who themselves built the system that is around us, designed to constrain us and slave us with debt, and to pay interest on that debt, while the system itself distracts us from that reality with movie-star fluff, the Entertainment channel, and other such trivial BS.
Nothing against life’s entertainment outlets, it’s just the mainstream emphasis thereof, rather than a sharper focus on the more important issues that we are facing as a people and a nation.
Don’t worry though, from cradle to grave, the government will soon control all aspects of our lives. But hey… we’re a free people, right?
How can we stop the progression of bigger government, more and more laws, and increasing enslavement? If it’s not too late already, we can fight back by not supporting the existing power structure. Vote for those who are genuinely for smaller government and more personal freedom and responsibility. The tough thing is though, people like that are few and far between. They seldom rise to the top because the system spews them out well before they get there.

Incarcerate Criminals, Not Marines

In the United States, firearms are used as often as 2.5 million times each year in self defense, in the vast majority of cases without a shot being fired. Best estimates reveal that firearms are used three to five times more often for defensive purposes than for criminal acts.
Firearms are used three to five times more often to stop crimes than to commit them, and accidents with firearms are at an all-time recorded low (National Center for Health Statistics and National Safety Council).
There are thousands of federal, state and local gun laws. The overall murder rate in the jurisdictions that have the most severe restrictions on firearms purchase and ownership – California, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Washington, D.C. – is 8% higher than the rate for the rest of the country.
New York has had a handgun licensing law since 1911, yet until the New York City Police Department began a massive crackdown on crime in the mid-1990s, New York City’s violent crime rate was among the highest of U.S. cities.
Gun control primarily impacts upon upstanding citizens, not criminals. Crime is reduced by holding criminals accountable for their actions. Crime is NOT reduced by incarcerating Ryan Jerome, an ex Marine, for doing the right thing acting in a responsible manner and asking a ‘Security officer’ where to check his handgun when he visited the Empire State Building while in the city for the first time doing business as a licensed jeweler from Indiana who also happens to be licensed to carry in Indiana.
Said his lawyer, Mark Bederow: “It’s open season on tourists who come to New York and make a mistake. Sacrificing them in the name of stringent gun control serves no useful purpose.”
If and when there is a legal defense fund established for Ryan Jerome (confirmed by an MSB reader who contacted his attorney), we will support the effort here. It’s just plain wrong to waste taxpayer money to make ‘examples’ of people of character who simply screw up or have been misinformed, and who instead should just be given a slap on the wrist while saving the court system’s money for real criminals instead.

Trouble With The Law You Were Trying To Obey

All of us have mistakenly broken the law, most of the time in very minor ways such as going over the speed limit driving. Many individuals will actually try to get away with breaking the law, sometimes get caught and punished. What though happens when you actually make it a point to actually obey the law and go to extra lengths of making sure that you were doing everything correctly, and end up inadvertently committing a crime because you were given misinformation? What about a law that is in total obscurity that lawyers know nothing about it? How can any reasonable district attorney ever prosecute such a case against anyone you ask yourself. It sadly happens all the time.
Ryan Jerome a law abiding citizen that has served his country and all American’s country as a marine faces charges of illegally carrying a hand gun, in which he had a concealed license to do so in his home state. He did not receive correct information about carrying weapons that he seeked as a honest human being, and now faces many years in prison for trying to obey the law. Mr. Jerome is is now in the position of the daunting task of surviving the law system (that he fully supported as a serviceman of the U.S.) that is now contemplating trying to take away his freedom for being misinformed, something that can happen to any of us, anywhere.
This marine is caught between a rock and a hard place in which he could be made as “an example” in the middle of a very intense political maneuvering battle that is going on over the rights of individuals in regards to firearms. All over the United States there is an extreme polarization of both sides of the rights to possess fire arms or not. The real issue here is what is fair and rational to the “sole” individual, the marine or anyone in the future or present, that becomes quite secondary to those in control. What do you do when you or someone you know becomes an unintended pawn in the political game of chess, or an obstacle in some politician’s hidden or even visible agenda?
Unless there is some sort of agenda, prosecutors do not want to waste their time with some individual that obviously had the full intention of obeying the law and simply made a mistake. Not only is this a waste of time, it is a waste of money that could be better spent on the REAL criminals and controlling REAL crime. So assume if you or someone else is being prosecuted for a crime in which it is apparent to a blind man that you were fully intent on obeying the law they say you broke, it is for a higher purpose for those higher up in the government that want to control something. District attorney’s office are controlled by those in higher governmental positions and this is where the DA ultimately gets their commands and duties from.
Being on one side of a coin of an intense passionate issue does have one advantage, that being you have some allies trying to help you. While some may see you as nothing but as also a pawn to gain their advantage is really irrelevant because you will someone in your corner. There are however even better allies that might have any opinion on the issues, and just plain are terrified of a run-away law system that will eventually engulf their own lives and come back to haunt them unless they do something about it.
When it is obvious you have been a victim of a law system gone haywire to any sensible sane person, letting as many know about this as possible is essential. The key here though is NOT the issue to stress, whether it be gun rights or something else, it is to show to the public that this is an example of anyone in the future being a target of a law system ALLOWED to get away with rampant intimidation and unfair practices against its citizens. People feel more outrage and are more likely to do something about it when their butts could be on the line for something else later. The media can in this case be well used as they love human interest stories and drama about government corruption and abuse of the law that we are all under the scrutiny of.
Public outcry is so important to those to trying to curb the irrational actions of those in control, as the last thing a politician wants to be classified as is someone who supports cut-and-dried legal policies that are unfair and dangerous against personal liberties of ALL the citizens. Every politician is well aware of money and if your unjust situation can generate enough interest to not patronize their sources of revenue, this can be tremendous help to someone caught in this legal plight. For example marine Ryan Jerome could get much help in his legal dilemma from fellow marines and other armed forces service people by a boycott against visiting the city until rational fair justice is given to Mr. Jerome that fully intended to obey any and all laws of the city.
If you don’t have much money and have been charged with a crime, whether it is a so called politically motivated charge or not, don’t think that automatically that all public defenders are bottom of the barrel attorneys, some are, but many are not. Public defenders have to have a certain success rate or they risk being replaced, and many are looking to make a name for themselves by winning cases. If you are innocent or if you were wronged in the prosecution process, you can win your case and simply going for a plea deal because you feel that you cannot win without a top-notched widely known lawyer is not fair to yourself.
Even if the worst occurs and you are unfairly convicted of a crime that defines reason, most countries including of course the United States have higher appeal courts that could easily overturn ridiculous court rulings. Not settling for an absurd court decision and continuing to fight for your rights and until you have been vindicated and freed needs to remain your true goal. All the way up the ladder from state appellate courts to state supreme to supreme court of the U.S. Even when you are physically free from incarceration your real final goal is to be exonerated and your good name cleared. They are many disadvantages to have a conviction on your record, especially one that you never deserved, and this makes it worth it to clear your name.
Most survival situations people think of life and death natural and man-made disasters, but under the nose of everyone is the potential for anyone to truly LOSE the survival battle because of obscure and hazardous laws out there that most people, including those with law degrees are not totally aware of or do not understand fully. These laws are a danger for everyone’s freedom because laws are often made to support only a certain group or individual’s benefits. When one of these laws surfaces like a blood thirsty shark and affects one of more people all of us are affected. Simple clarity avoids the ignorance of the law excuse. Any unclear law has to be be made transparent enough so there are no honest mistakes about its interruption are made, much like this poor marine that was only trying to obey the city’s laws like he was taught to obey orders as a marine.
