Was Scalia Murdered?

February 20, 2016, by Ken Jorgustin

I’m just asking the question, and presenting the topic here for your discussion. Put aside your normalcy bias and think about it (because this kind of thing does happen, and has happened before). It’s naive to think these types of activities don’t happen at the high levels of power.

Conspiracy theories (but are they?) are swirling around the death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.

William O. Ritchie, former head of criminal investigations for D.C. police recently said, “As a former homicide commander, I am stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia.” MANY OTHERS (well known people) have said the same thing.

(Scalia was quickly moved to the funeral parlor where he was immediately embalmed.)

A non-homicide trained US Marshal tells the ‘justice of the peace’ (apparently on the phone) that no foul play was observed (while there apparently was a pillow over his head). The ‘justice of the peace’ pronounced the Scalia death via ‘Myocardial Infarction’ – heart attack – while not having been on the scene, and without any medical training. (Really? Yes, really.)

“We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bedclothes were unwrinkled,” said John Poindexter, the owner of the Cibolo Creek Creek Ranch in Marfa where Scalia was found dead. John Poindexter, a multi-millionaire Obama-supporter, owns the secluded West Texas resort where Scalia died.

“Anytime a head of state, member of Congress, or the most conservative member of the U.S. Supreme Court is found dead, an extensive autopsy and toxicology examination should be both immediate and mandatory.” said William Gheen, Americans for Legal Immigration president.

Apparently 78% of Americans suspect foul play in the death of judge Scalia.
Are you one of them?

There have been other inconsistencies and questions reported regarding Scalia’s death, and I’ll leave it for you to comment what you’ve heard or read…

A few more tidbits:

Not long ago while Scalia himself was alive, he reportedly and candidly spoke with the media giant Matt Drudge of DrudgeReport.com saying that government officials are leading a cavalry to ‘come after everyone’ (not sure exactly what that meant…).

Interestingly, Scalia’s last act as a Supreme Court justice (days before his death) supplied the fifth vote in a series of orders handed down halting President Obama’s most ambitious effort to fight so called “climate change”. Now, with an evenly divided supreme court (4-4), it could matter a great deal that the two judges assigned to this case in the court below are Democratic appointees. If they vote to uphold the administration’s policies, that order will stand unless there is a fifth justice who votes to reverse that decision.

Whether or not Scalia was murdered, another question for you to ponder is “What type of justice will be appointed next?” and will the current spineless Senate go along with it? (assuming the appointee is another Obama ‘far left’ judge?)

Note: Obama has already appointed Supreme Court justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan.

By the way, there has been a tradition that a sitting president does not appoint or recommend new judges during the last 12 months of the presidential term. However Obama is ignoring this tradition and is instead going to push another appointee forward.

Your turn, let’s hear what you have to say about all this and the ramifications thereof…
