What did you do for your preparedness this week? (2015-06-20)

June 20, 2015, by Ken Jorgustin

This is your chance to let others know what you’ve been doing this week for preparedness – which might inspire a few ideas for others…

Additionally, it’s an open forum for any preparedness topic, your questions for others, or whatever you feel like posting in this regard.

Lets hear from you…

A few things I worked on:

Again I was reminded the other day of the relatively hard work (physical labor) that goes into gardening, as I prepare / expand a section of land for next year. It makes you appreciate all the more – the hard life of our ancestors who did not have the luxuries and conveniences of today’s modern world. It sure is easier to go to the grocery store to buy food than to grow some of it yourself πŸ˜‰

I also did more planning for my solar PV system – this time I believe I have finally sorted out my do-it-yourself design for the panel’s ground mount brackets/support system. Time to go purchase some materials…

Your turn… what have you been up to this week?
