This weekly post is an open forum (any topic) enabling you to voice your opinions, concerns, questions, and to also let others know what you have done this week for your preparedness. The more who comment, the more ideas that are spread around for the benefit of all…

If you’re a ‘lurker’, lets hear from you too…

What have you been up to this week?

The most read post this week was Your Own Home-Depot For Preparedness which addresses an issue of preparedness that goes beyond just the basics of preparedness assets.

The most commented post this week (and will soon become the most read this week) has been Why Are Most Of The Refugees Mostly Muslim Men?, which I expected to be a ‘hot button’. I’m happy to see that the comments have been civil while not having to moderate any ‘flame wars’. Seems most are in general agreement on this topic…

And additionally, the post on Turmeric surprised me! Lots of comments and interest (and some controversy).

Lets see… what did I do this week for preparedness? I removed my 5th-wheel trailer from its summer location and brought it back home, and winterized it. I ordered several more pair of work gloves to have on hand (pun intended) – (this pair in particular) which stood up very well this year while working around the homestead. And we ordered a few more food staples to fill in a few gaps where we’ve consumed them.
