What did you do for your preparedness this week? (2015-11-21)

November 21, 2015, by Ken Jorgustin

This weekly post is open forum (any topic) enabling you to voice your opinions, concerns, questions, and to also let others know what you have done this week for your preparedness.
The more who comment, the more ideas that are spread around for the benefit of all…

If you have been a ‘lurker’, lets hear from you too…

A few articles this week have reflected what so many have been talking about (on ‘talk radio’, other websites, around the dinner table, and in the news) since the Paris terrorist attacks. People are raising legitimate concerns about immigration and our current .gov policies in this regard – and the subsequent potential risks thereof. It has made for lively discussion. I would imagine that the subject may go around the Thanksgiving dinner table in many households this upcoming week – in which some believe we may see more atrocities.

On a lighter note, NRP graciously contributed a guest-article in his series about ‘The Perfect Prepper House’, of which I will be posting his ‘Part-3’ this upcoming week.

We rounded it out with an article about the ‘Best Survival Knife’ (as if there is one 😉 ) and a practical article about the benefits of having a Good Compass for map reading and navigation.

Thanks for all of your constructive comments and civilized contribution to the discussion. You are the reason that Modern Survival Blog is one of the best in its niche. Keep it up!

So, what have you been doing this week, or what do you plan to do next week given the holiday period? Anybody traveling? And if so, are you taking extra precautions?

Your turn…
