(I almost stepped on this tiny baby ‘snowshoe hare’ yesterday…)

Baby hares are called leverets. Unlike baby rabbits, baby hares are born with their eyes open, with fur on the body, and are able to move around freely on their own, enabling them to forage and fend for themselves shortly after being born.

This weekly post is an open-forum (any topic) to voice your thoughts, opinions, or questions for others. Lets hear about what you’ve been doing this week for preparedness, or perhaps what you have done to convert your Fiat Paper into tangible practical assets 😉

The more who comment, the more that’s spread around for the benefit of all…

With the 4th of July Holiday weekend upon us, I imagine that lots of people are vacationing. I’m sticking around this weekend and will be enjoying our small town parade, the town’s volunteer Fire Dept. breakfast, a town bbq, and Monday night fireworks.

I hope you all have a safe and enjoyable 4th-of-July weekend.
