Are you prepared?

This weekly post is an open-forum (any topic) to voice your thoughts, opinions, or questions for others. Lets hear about what you’ve been doing this week for preparedness, or perhaps what you have done to convert your Fiat Paper into tangible practical assets 😉

The more who comment, the more that’s spread around for the benefit of all…

I had a little fun here yesterday on the blog by ‘lighting a firecracker’ and throwing it into the room (Friday’s articles)… 😉 Despite the discomfort for some people, it is a good and healthy thing to occasionally discuss and question (as rationally as one can) our political situation and the direction of our government, because it should be ‘we the people’ that shape it. When we remain quiet or when we are trapped by ‘political correctness’, we are giving up our voice and will eventually ‘get what we deserve’… tyranny.

Preparedness: I spent some time this week on the garden’s irrigation. This summer (so far) has been unexpectedly dry and I had to implement some emergency irrigation due to the lagging production growth. Just heard a report on the local news last night that NH farmers are losing at least 30% of their crops due to rain deficit.

The potatoes are thriving though! (One of the highest caloric vegetables for a garden)

Okay, your turn – you’ve got the podium…
