Captured this image last week while glancing out the window.
Makes you wonder all that goes on when you’re not looking out the window 😉

This weekly post is an open-forum (any topic) to voice your thoughts, opinions, or questions for others. Lets hear about what you’ve been doing this week for preparedness, or perhaps what you have done to convert your ‘fiat’ (.gov paper) currency into tangible assets 😉

The more who comment, the more that’s spread around for the benefit of all…

Note: For all other articles during the week, we ask that you stay on-topic. But when you feel like commenting about anything else (e.g. a current event, something that you wish to bring to everyone’s attention, ‘anything’ off-topic, etc..), this ‘Weekly Preparedness’ open-forum article is where you should put it.

Note: You can read the most recent (150) comments from this site at the ‘Discussion’ page.

The other day someone mentioned in a comment (‘old guy’) about a product (apparently a mushroom that grows on live Birch trees) called ‘Chaga’. I checked into it and seems intriguing for immune system health (you make tea with it). Apparently super high antioxidant value. Anyone else know about this? (just curious)

Okay folks, August is coming to a close. Believe it or not some of the leaves up here in northern NH are already beginning to color a bit. Not sure what that means, but it is urging me to prepare for the coming winter…

Will this Fall and Winter bring turmoil in other ways? (economic – political – upheaval)?
I don’t know, but the systemic risks continue to pile up…

Feels like its time to double-check the inventory and look for gaps or holes.

What say you?
