Comet Elenin Alignment September 26, 2011

I occasionally report or offer opinion slightly off-topic from this blog’s theme, as in the progress of Comet Elenin, of which I wrote a short ‘heads-up’ article or two awhile back. Given the enormous popularity of those articles by the curious ‘Elenin’ public (and the conspiracy minded and other folks), here is the latest short-n-sweet update for Comet Elenin.
First of all, it is widely reported that this comet has mostly broken up or evaporated as it rounded the Sun not long ago. It could be a ‘dud’ for those looking for a climatic experience…
However, the animated image above shows the apparent latest upcoming Elenin alignment. It looks like whatever still exists of Elenin will pass directly between the Earth and the Sun sometime during September 26, 2011 (Monday).
Also, since a comet’s ‘tail’ always points directly away from the Sun, whatever exists of Elenin’s tail will be pointed directly at the Earth during this alignment as well. Bear in mind that Elenin will be slightly above the Earth-Sun alignment during this alignment.
The gas tail of a comet will always point directly away from the Sun. The dust tail of a comet is typically slightly curved and trailing the comet’s orbit a bit… meaning that with regards to this particular alignment, Elenin’s dust tail will be pointed towards the Earth slightly afterwards. Having said that, for the Earth to be affected, the tail would have to reach from Elenin’s location all the way to the Earth (which will be quite a distance).
Of course, if the rumors are true that this thing is actually a pod of alien space ships or craft that was placed into a 26,000 year orbit during the last Mayan era when Earthlings had possibly reached very advanced technological capabilities – sent into the future then to warn us today or deliver some sort of message during this current go-around, then, all bets are off…
(Have you heard about all the disaster drills in Denver coming up soon, and that our President will be there during this approximate alignment? You know about the massive underground facilities under the Denver airport, right?)
I also enjoy Sci-Fi movies and novels, so don’t bust my chops for having fun with this, OK?

quick thought, though the “dust trail’ may not reach as far as earth, the suns light may have to pass through some of this “dust’, therefore our atmosphere may look discoloured as a result. Should this ocur, we have the option af a “blue/green” (blue katchina) discolouration , further channged by the suns general yellow/ orange appearance, OR could we expect the Mayan prophecy of all the sky being aflame as a red colouration. Or all going well, nice blue skies and not a care in the world. Hope so, “she’ll be right, mate.”
Love the alien rumors! Haven’t heard that one yet.
Wow, this has picked my curiousity due to my voracious appitite for SYFI, so just in case it’s aliens i should get more amo and food supplies and if it’s not i can go to the range and target practice. We will see ….DON’T LOOK THEM IN THE EYE…LOL

If this or another comet was around this 2012 date next year then I might have a little concern of some event happening. Really the only three objects that have much influence on the planet in regards to gravity are the moon, the sun, and to a much lesser degree Venus. All other planets are probably too far away to have much difference. I have heard that when the planet Uranus is at a very sharp angle big earthquakes occur, but I do not see how at the distance it is at. If that comet bangs into something then look at.
It is interesting that Ken mentions aliens as Einstein’s rule that nothing can go faster than the speed of light, it has been proven that neutrinoes do go faster. Aliens from other worlds can travel across the stars without much trouble, as I have always thought. It has to be remembered that if the universe is 13 billion years old, there are life forms with billions of years ahead of this world in technology. Alien pods would make little sense for anyone technologically advanced, but who knows with someone that is not that advanced. It is fun to think about. Anyone from another world must think of the human race as one of the lower species of intelligence, especially if they are watching the financial events unfold.
For those interested in actual proof of extraterrestrial I personally look at the really old photos that pre-date World War 2 as very interesting to look at. Newer photos can be altered for fraud. I have personally seen craft in sky that COULD be from another world, or just some very advanced super secret military aircraft. I know many people also that have seen craft that is very advanced. Until though someone actually lands and gets out of some craft, I cannot say I have seen anything that is proof positive from another planet. I would go up to something from another world, it would be an experience of a lifetime. I wonder what Ken would do? I bet he would try to make contact also, too curious of a mind Ken has not to.

Interesting to see Obama and his whole family will be accompanying him to DIA. Also, even though congress and the senate are once again at loggerheads on the budget, they are NOT in session next week. Is this a regularly scheduled break or are they too going to Denver? It would be nice if someone here was employed at DIA to keep an eye out for incoming political figures.
I’ll answer my own question. Just looking back through 2008, the house and senate have never been off before September 28 which is the beginning of Rosh Hashanah. The fog of this “drill” will cover any number of people arriving in Denver. My guess all of our cowardly, “too big to die” leaders will be below ground by Sunday. So if there’s anyone in Denver with some spare time to hang out at the airport, getting some photo’s of arriving politicians would be quite telling in deed. They and they’re families are probably already on their way.
Only those who don’t believe will be left in the dark. and if you think this is some kind of joke, well it’s not. Evil can always manipulate minds, and because out of no where before youtube came out people began to spend a lot of time on searching and finding out historical information about everything you can name of. since the 2012 theory stands out including the events that has already happened and is still continuing, if you feel this is just natural, you must be out of your mind. Friends of mine in LA are saying that the President is “in town” tomorrow and they are all staying home because it will be chaos there. I believe in all of this Elenin stuff, so it’s a waiting game……….

I like this link to show the alignment at 60 degree and 2 degree views of C/2010 X1 Elenin. I am more intrigued that a large CME from sunspot #1302 that would strip matter from Elenin to cause a huge meteor storm during huge solar storm.

Obama will be doing a defcon 4 drill with goverment officials in Denver CO USA tonight the 26 Th and 27 th Denver airport has a very nice bunker to hide in. We are exspecting any action from this Comet anytime. It’s raining hard now in Port Angeles Washington 3:59 pm sept 26th.
Everyone has it wrong. We cant’t see this thing because it is beyond human ability to view. Try looking at the sky with your 3rd eye. There is more than just one demention to this universe. Objects that travel through space effect us, and our planet through our sixth sense. The Natives understood this and we’re able to use it. Just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not effecting you. The earth is more connected to the universe than we assume, and we are connected to the earth. Some people believe that through deep thought we can controll the universe. Maybe the government knows this already and is using it? Who knows. The important thing is I am alive and I will live my life the way a human is soposed to, as a gardener of the earth. humans were ment to be gardeners and somehow we got off track and started mass producing machines and genetically created animals instead of harvesting plants.

I agree with you Javier, I myself got distracted alot by this and it was taking up too much “space” in my mind and my time. I still need to be aware of whats going on but not let it consume me.. but love is the better thing to be consumed by and to give out and share with everyone all around you and beyond.
Reminds me of the 1950 movie classic “When Worlds Collide”.
I was really really sure something was going to happen this week, but now I’m starting to doubt it. Although all these solar flares have been making me feel a little weird. But I agree with Javier, let’s just enjoy what we have for right now and roll on…
solar flares, at least those in the ‘extreme’ category, have a much higher potential of affecting your life – that’s for sure…
